Joy Osborne and Michelle Hale, founders of C.A.P.E.R., (the Cincinnati Area Paranormal Existence Research) discuss the challenges of paranormal research and the variety of reasons people reach out to them. The group was founded in April of 2004, and is the oldest active paranormal research organization in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
The not for profit group seeks first and foremost to educate people about the paranormal, and help those experiencing it find answers. They conduct consultations, paranormal investigations, and seminars. They have over 30 years of combined experience documenting the paranormal with a scientific approach.
